An Ordinance to amend the Railways Ordinance, 1909.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Railways (No. 2) Amendment Ordinance, 1934.

2. Sub-section (6) of section 35 of the Railways Ordin- of Ordinance ance, 1909, as enacted by the Railways Amendment Ordinance, 1909, s. 35. 1927, is repealed and the following sub-section is substituted

therefor :-

(6) This section shall not apply to any person who is in receipt of a yearly salary of two hundred pounds or two thousand dollars or upwards.
